Our team consists of highly skilled professionals with extensive knowledge in the real estate industry.
Karen began her property career in 2012 with Gannon Homes, holding positions in sales, lettings, and property management over a seven-year period. During this time Karen obtained her real estate qualifications from TU Dublin graduating in 2017.
Upon completion of the course, Karen accepted a senior position within a leading Dublin estate agency overseeing the sale and letting of new homes developments throughout Leinster.
Most recently, Karen has spent 3 years at Cairn Homes PLC managing the successful completion of private residential sales nationwide.
Christopher began his property career in 2013 at London’s largest estate agents, Foxtons. Working within the New Homes & Investments team, Christopher held the role of Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the sale of London's most prestigious developments.
Christopher went on to lead the New Homes department at Colliers International with a focus on delivering large scale regeneration schemes to the Chinese and South-east Asian markets.
Christopher’s time at Colliers saw him manage and deliver a host of sales exhibitions for key clients in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
Since returning to Ireland, Christopher has held senior positions at both Sherry Fitzgerald and Savills New Homes.
